The problem 2da, is that while most of us on this board are aware of the situation and certainly want to see Berger ousted, there are a vast number of shares in the hands of money managers who may only look at the recent gains and not be appreciative of the multitude of mistakes made which justify Berger's release. I think this war will be very close unfortunately.

looks like we won the battle, but haven't won the war quite yet. I expect the rumour mill we be starting back up very soon, with reports of Denner being followed in the mens room at Ariad by some senior exec at Pfizer. After todays news, what follows is almost an anticlimax, except that the shorts aren't going to let the sp up quickly which would cause a panic in their ranks. First bit of business is for Denner to announce that the Berger plan for profitability is now making its away along the sewer system of Cambridge and that 113 will not be partnered away. Then to finally announce the new molecule if there is one, another bit of uncertainty that needs to go away. At least we wont have to watch Berger on television anymore, sweating profusely as he struggles to remember the new address of corporate headquarters.... does Ponatinib work for that problem?
