You're spot on about the anti-climax.

What we thought would be the battle of ages has just vanished from the radar, and as a result there has been a pivot in our (everyone's) focus on "Ariad issues." I believe it is exactly as you describe... the new biz plan, the future of 113, update on the phantom molecule (pls note I'm not calling it the God Molecule anymore...), not to mention the CEO knighting process and other "little" details.

All that said....I don't rule out the possibility of dramatic developments in the near future. First, short exit might not be so orderly. There could be a breaking of ranks, a panic, and a quick rise in pps if their "coalition" melts down. Second, who know what Alex is thinking, or has done, about selling the company. Like the Phantom Molecule, it's not at all obvious, and won't be until the deed is (or is not) done - at least for us little folk here in retail land.

So, oddly, we're in a familiar place - which is uncertainty about the future.

GLTA.

vid, agreed, a ways to go. Those incompetent legacy BoD sycophants took less than a NY minute to throw HB under the bus. They did so in order to save their own hides from the beating Denner would give them by exposing their complicity in HB's outrageous new employment contract, inked as the FDA was breathing down the companies neck a few months before Oct 2013.

HB's departure cost us around $4Million. No need to feel sorry for HB. The company will be sold likely within the year HB gets to stick around as a consultant.

Not too much else in the agreement, but it was something to see even the press release was negotiated. No doubt the legacy folks hate Denner and he could care less. And those BoD members will become instant $millionaires with their granted stock (given every BoD member).
