The 45 days extension IMO is not the problem but DR. GREEN "IS"....It is obviously IMPERATIVE for UDHI that the deal BE CONSUMATED and that it will need SUNRISE CAPITAL and all the BRAINS at DRINKABLE AIR to get it DONE. Then, Dr. G. can retire to the back offices and let THE EXECS. at DRINKABLE AIR take over the reins of the new firm AND IMO THEN SUCESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
