This recent filing must be part of the efforts/steps to get uplisted. The report though is not complete and incorrect in listing only KKR holders. I guess it's our future that KKR owns it all but that does not seem right now, 42% is the max they can own. Sometimes listing multiple owners that own 100% might explain why the 2 entries, both as 100% but I'm not sure. WMIH obviously has this ownership information as we saw it filed in the $600MM capitalization documentation.
