On terra, they will also likely look to acquire other interests beyond these 2 PELs. So beyond basic valuation is how confident you can be in the long term plan.

Personally, I own both...but much more HENC. I'd rather be in the stock that is looking for the buyout than the one looking for leverage and more opportunities.
