I would think Fife would not want the additional authorized shares . Also, think Fife would rather be a creditor with CCEL backing, if CCEL takes over CBAI(better chance of being paid).Fife would rather have the cash than stock in CBAI,if not taken over, otherwise they would have bought shares.
