I'm saying that the most likely explanation is that the black GTX is made from the same Tesla Model S p85 used to make the red "416".

We argue over if Saleen built one or two Tesla's
knowing that even if there were two neither chassis was ever owned
or purchased by Saleen from Tesla. At best these car(s) were borrowed from
real owner(s) who probably allowed Steve to add body kit(s) at no cost
in exchange for PR photo's and car shows usage .

Steve quote below is absurd.

Saleen chief executive Steve Saleen said, “Keeping with our core competencies, we’ve accomplished concept-to-production in a short time.”
He added that sprinting ahead of competitors in the automotive industry is a key to grabbing and maintaining market share especially in such an advanced segment as the electric car market.

He can barely put one borrowed Tesla together
and he is talking about "MARKET SHARE", the "Automotive Industry" and the "Electric Car Market"
as if he and Saleen had any impact what so ever.
Are you kidding? Build one car you do not even
own and have the nerve to talk about Global Automotive Market Share?
Purely the talk of a person not connected to the real world.
Unless he is just trying to pump the stock.
No one would believe this large of a fantasy.
