We may get a better ratio than that. I believe, because Buzzy is shown as the CEO of Fern Hill on the Nevada SOS articles for Fern Hill, he is limited to 15 or 20%, even though he is over a 50% owner of VGID shares.
I'll do some speculative math here.
30% of 250 million is 75 million. 20% of the 75 million (to Buzzy) leaves 60 million to the rest of the share holders. Approx 325 million of the shares are held by other than Buzzy.
325/75 ='s 4.33 so, I will go out on a limb and say we will get 1 Fern Hill for every 4 or 5 VGID shares.
One other note of interest. The big expansion of the O/S (as posted on OTC site 3/24/2015) was debt holders who converted debt to get Fern Hill shares. We must also consider that another 100 million shares held in escrow, during the Fern Hill incubation, will be returned to the corporate treasury, after the spin off of Fern Hill, reducing the O/S from 653 to 553 million shares.
I'm going to guess that we get 1 Fern Hill for every 4 VGID shares. UMMM BOY, I'm going to get a ton of Fern Hill. LOL!!
Of course, better to not count those chicks before they Hatch.
