I know you said you weren't clear on Fern Hill's shares - is the 250 mil the A/S, as you said, or will it be the O/S shares. If it will be the outstanding and VGID gets 30%, that means VGID shareholders would get approximately 1 share of Fern Hill for every 9 shares of VGID held. At least, that's my dopey calculation.
