Maybe I'm mistaken, but it seems to me that IDCC rang the opening bell years ago when Howard Goldberg was CEO.

It is all about making IDCC more visible to the investor community. To do that effectively, IDCC needs strong fundamentals to back up their visibility. Otherwise they are wasting their time. IMO
