It's a 200 THOUSAND square foot facility surfy. I've not been there and don't have the manufacturing experience that you claim to have but I'm going to go out in a limb and say they have ALOT of different manufacturing equipment for ALOT of different food companies and products. Are you suggesting that they have a single machine for all the products? That my friend is a laughable conclusion.

"We are very proud of our 200,000 square foot facility in Fairfield, California. This modern facility was designed specifically for our custom manufacturing operation and includes over 10,000 square feet of laboratory space dedicated to in-house analytical, microbiological, quality control and product development departments.

Continual improvements are being made to the facilities as we routinely acquire and install state of the art equipment such as high-speed encapsulation, compression and packaging equipment to advanced analytical equipment like an Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICP) for metal analysis".

Surf one should look into the pool before one dives in, there may be no water in it. There is no water in your pool , these are not the same machines, They probably do the same thing but they ARE NOT THE SAME MACHINES. My findings ( DD ) #1 the old machine (ABCO Machine ) is not on a yellow mats The New Machine NHMD is on a yellow mat. Clearly seen in picture. Secondly look at the Temperature gauge, they are not in the same positions. In the picture of the New Machine you clearly see that the gauge is above Nates head. On the Old Machine its down on the side. #3 there is a grey Hose or Pipe Connection on the top of the old machine that is not on the new machine Mixer. #4 Electrical wiring behind Nates Machines have some how vanished on the old machine lol, #5 having been in he Restaurant Business myself I have purchased many many New Stainless Steel products I can tell by looking what is old and what New Stainless Steel looks like The Old machine ABCO s IS AN OLD MACHINE. FACTS AS BEST SEEN USING MY MAGNIFIYING GLASS. Any more Questions are Pictures Just trying to get the FACTS FACTS FACTS STRAIGHT.
