Thanks Ugly. I was a bit confused myself, not only about the tax comment but also about the other post. I was not sure how it was related to BlueRiver or RiverRock which was the topic for me.

If people didn't think there was any reason for them to do a pump and dump then how could this "tax selling" be a good idea for the stock price.

Anyway, I see it was .45 yesterday...sure am glad I didn't buy in on that "dip" back at .60....

Think I will wait awhile longer... as you said before, .10 is a possiblity.

Wonder why they had to have a late filing, it seems at this point it would be easy to do with zero income, etc.

It will be interesting to see what happens today to the PPS... or maybe it won't be intersting, maybe it will be painful especially if someone owns a bunch of this at a much higher price.

Any thoughts on that "lease" deal they announced last year with real estate company that was just formed in 2014 and changed it's name 3 times within that year...

Learning Lab: Live Resin is a product made from fresh whole plant cannabis resin separated with a state certified patented closed loop liquid hydrocarbon (non-polar) extraction machine called the Obe Dos by Emotek. The resin heads in this process are liquified at sub zero temperatures, plant lipids filtered out, and the remaining concentrated oil purged under pressure with specific heat control ranging from 70% - 92% purity. Live Resin concentrates the terpenes, flavonoids, and cannabinoids into a greasy bright white to yellow resin for inhalation use. Connoisseurs and patients often describe this product as “tasting just like the plant”. @emoteklabs @giddyup710 @dnagenetics #liveresin #hash #cannabis #concentrates

If a company issue stock to a third-party as part of a deal you have to pay taxes on it. It's not at sale. I'm simply observing that whoever made deals with this company over the last year is probably having to pay taxes on it and I imagine that accounts for the extra shares for a good bit as I sold some stock off for the same reason but not united cannabis. I'm sure you mean well but you're extrapolating way too much data from what I said. No specific knowledge here. Just tax season and sometimes you got to pay. I don't know who they have a deal with or how it was structured so I really can't say. Haven't bothered to see who was issued how many shares where I nott even sure if it's entirely public knowledge
