What I find most interesting about the Colorado and the Nevada ops isn't necessarily the questionable formation of their business partners in those ventures, but more so that we haven't heard anything about them since they were initially PR'd, at least to my knowledge we haven't. At this point the companies silence is deafening. A lot of times when companies go dark like this it could mean they are so busy they don't have time to communicate with their shareholders but it is sometimes the case they are under a regulatory inquiry and have been told by, the SEC for instance, to not release more PR's until an investigation is completed. Now of course I have no idea why they have gone dark, or if they are being investigated, but the SEC did issue a warning last year about penny stock companies, especially pot stocks, and they suspended several. Perhaps that wave of PR's CNAB issued last year and now their Native American and Jamaican PR's have caught the wrong attention? Time will tell I guess.
