i have some good news.......at 149,000,000 shares outstanding, i own almost 40,000,000 shares or 26% of the float. there are still some ex-original officers that own about another 20% of the float. i put in a provision with the articles of incorporation and registered the filing w/ the state of florida making it illegal for someone with less than 51% to make any changes to the corporate share structure.
