Have to call bullsh!t on your post. If Obama wanted to save the GSEs they would have been released at Net Zero. He is sucking the profits dry for his and the Treasury's own wealth redistribution; hoping to drive the GSEs into more Treasury draws thereby justifying receivership. Fortunately some shareholders are fighting Obama and the Treasury.
