We'll see if this is just one more shuffle, or if Kimmons is serious about doing something to end this scam.

Personally I cannot see how he could walk away from such a money maker. The man has made a career out of this and I'd think he might want to pass it down to his son.

Then again, better to get out clean than end up in jail, but i just don't see this working out for anybody other than insiders.
