scrambls seems to have disappeared into the weeds. just another wave project that didn't cover its costs in a long line of them. wavexpress was the monarch amongst them with its wasted $50m, give or take. let us not forget signonline, which burbled along and actually managed to get sold, albeit for a paltry amount relative to its costs. rivetz was presumably in the genius pipeline before sprague was defenestrated. think how much fun folks might have had saying that was the next HUGE opportunity for wave. think of the optimism spewing from the polluted harbour. think of the enviable advertising opportunities. and then the inevitable dilution as the timeline tailed away. makes one feel almost melancholy. okay. not quite.
