Growth by acquisition is the answer for getting the best and biggest bang for the buck in this market IMO and I agree with JN on this topic. What we don't need is a bunch of rookies out there falling off rooftops or doing less than perfect installations. Nor do we want overpaid already skilled workers who have to be convinced the grass will be greener if they jump ship where they are to become employed with S3D group. We need additional brick and mortar in the new hot spot locations as well and the management teams that currently lead sales and installation crews. JN knows what he is doing and this is not his 1st rodeo. All your negative comments are not going to sway the longs here but to each their own :-)
Why not both? We are expanding by both acquiring and by organic expansion from the ground up, a la Sunworks in Nevada.
Don't limit yourself.
And BTW, I thought JN got Sunworks and MD pretty cheap actually. And yeah I'd say a 1000% increase in value of shares worked out well for shareholders.
See, that's why JN's business model ties success of the management to success of shareholders.
