I see, so you would rather have a business model that buys everything at a premium letting JN meet his milestones. Or would you rather have a business model like lets say Starbucks that opens new stores and competes from the ground up and builds profit and revs organically.
The solar industry will be wide open for years. Just like the gourmet coffee industry was when Starbucks started.
When Sunworks was bought SLTD had nowhere to go but up. They were in pennyland at .017cents a share when the 1st announcement was made. OH and with the purchase of Sunworks JN was able to meet his $10 mil. company valuation for SLTD milestone to get his $6 mil. shares. I believe he made out just fine.
I am glad the deal worked out for everyone. That does not mean they all will.
