TCEL's O/S was about 256 million on March 31, 2010. They simultaneously did a 1000:1 R/S, increased the A/S to 3 billion post-R/S, and then went and sold 1.5 billion shares immediately after the R/S was completed at .0001 (the price was approximately $.10-30 post-R/S.

Of course.. Guess what happened next.

O/S was approximately 256000 post-R/S with .10-20 PPs with an A/S of 3 billion. Then they handed over 1.5 BILLION shares to someone for $150000.

And...

Guess what happened when they sold those 1.5 billion for a 100-300k% gain?

No wonder they ended up doing all over again the next year with a 1500:1 R/S. Wash, rinse, repeat.
