Mmh, as far as I remember, the ballot for POR7 was specific for the class of shares somebody had at that time. So e.g. we got ohne for commons and one for Ps, correct? These ballots asked for the number of shares owned at that Time, not when they were bought, correct? So I wonder how there could be something like a "Secret Marker" telling anyone that these shares were Pre- or Post-BK??
