Hey End Game, please elaborate more on what you mean by this phrase: "Legally I believe Vanis had to do it, ..."

Do you mean that you think it's inevitable that there will be an A/S increase followed by further dilution? Or that an R/S is inevitable and in order to avoid litigation he had to raise the specter of it beforehand? Or do you mean something else by this? Certainly this talk of an uplist by Vanis, at this point, has been VERY negative to our price action here. Thanks for elaborating on this and glty.

I make it a point to never gauge a decision to be "in the best interest of shareowners." Investors, yes. Shareowners? We're just here to give market capitalization a reason to exist.
