No doubt. I think the shareholder letter and focus on big board, minimum share price requirement, put some over the edge. Legally I believe Vanis had to do it, but I stated at the time, it seemed to be their first mis step since I've been here. But, management knows much more than I do and I assume they did this for the best interest of the company & shareowners.
