Redflame, your guess is as good as anyone's in regards to the 5 mil outstanding. But another 5, 10, or 15 it doesn't matter because the current BOD will make it vanish. As for the updated financials, that's another farce. They are not releasing them because then their foul ups will be made public. Numbers don't lie, but these guys do ! Let's be honest with each other, this company is a joke and it is you and I, along with every other shareholder that has egg on their face.
