People are forgetting the SP hovered well below his previous purchase price from the $25 million financing for almost 2 months.

What?!?. A publicly traded company cannot have any discussion with an institutional investor about the optimal timing of future investments (like a new fnd opening in April) and come to terms that will best suit both parties. How do you think these things happen? Linda picked up the phone this morning and said hey Woody I need 40M and he says done? Hmm.. Ok smart guy you got me..

I simply think Mr. Woodford and his management team did their homework.

They have more resources than the common retail investor, and I surmise they spoke to many experts prior to laying down 67 million dollars.

I highly doubt he intends to manipulate share price to the detriment of NWBO -- particularly when he is trying to develop biotech dominance in the UK.

His Patient Investor Fund is set for listing on or around April 22, 2015, and I assume they will begin or continue to purchase stock in NWBO.
