that would not mean the shareholders loss 73 billion as your claim.
Because if you are saying that and it is true after appoval we would be worth 200 billion or more. Thus a stock price in the $1.00+

Fact still a stock is only worth what someone will pay.
right now .0003.maybe 0002 or maybe 0004.

but when we go into testing the value will go up do to what others in the know believe will take place, thus a value between a few million and 100's of millions.
