Looking at the chart major bounce coming. Look at the historical high volume 12M shares shows there is no MAJOR dilution going on here. The 50 sma is .0149 and the RSI only 40 lots of room to move up. If anyone wants to sell it's a bargain down here much more upside than downside. Look at the accum/dist and Chi/Osc indicators on steroids!
