I think it's such a mess, with no books, and a dirty shell, etc., that I'd be amazed if anyone would want to try to keep it alive. Once bankruptcy comes, I'm just assuming that it will be completely dissolved. I really don't expect any kind of reorganization, but I wouldn't really know. At least in time I expect an accounting of what really went on, and how badly this was mismanaged and scammed.
