The news looks good to me, don't really understand the panic, oh well.

Thats the key right there. Component orders have been placed to begin manufacturing and todays PR is the follow up to their previously stated intention, to publicly announce when they reached this stage.

...and the awareness is suppose to start "prior" to the beginning of sales, to build up excitement for 4/28, when the Pre Ordering goes live... I imagine the website will have new marketing materials/videos, from now until April 28 as well.

Hopefully they come through and start letting the world know, ASAP. The longer they wait, the worse it looks. "completed" means COMPLETED

I am encouraged that MAJOR components have been paid for... What about MINOR components? I feel sick to my stomach!

The pr is not underway. The pr specifically states they are waiting for components.
