I think 2016-2019 is reasonable.

Nothing Seymour has ever foretold seemed to take into account the thing that are beyond what his team can do, and with a high level of trust and confidence I might add (which I say is good). So I wanted to know what the industry expectations are.

I read a couple of websites and found that in the pharma industry, they claim it can take 10-12 years after drug creation to get the drug to human trials. So I figured 11-12 years plus some for the first-timers.

Pfizer and Eli Lily are who I am familiar with. I was a temp at Pfizer many years ago, and I did an IT contract at Eli Lilly about ten years ago. I think I found info at Pfizer's website.
