#109649 RE: winstreak #109648

So by the time Diwan and Seymour even have a chance at launching a drug the patent is over?

I read a couple of websites and found that in the pharma industry, they claim it can take 10-12 years after drug creation to get the drug to human trials. So I figured 11-12 years plus some for the first-timers.

Dont ever invest in a Biotech with those timelines.

The following are industry stats found online:
Basic Research/Drug Development and Pre-Clinical/Translational Research (combined): 3 to 6 years (NNVC is already at it for 9 years and hasnt yet completed a GLP tox study)
Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 Clinical Trials (combined): 6 to 7 years
FDA Review/Manufacturing: 0.5 to 2 years
