TCEL Has no seller because we are all waiting for the good news.
Most of the shares are in investors LLC hands. and any of the small investor that do not believe in TCEL are already gone out of the stock, like in your case or was it you that had 1 share.

So no one it going to sell much here.

just to prove it i will buy 999,999 at 0003 No one will sell at 0002 I have tried to buy at 0002.
PS No need for me to open the stock today someone bought at 0003
