The only expectation of +11 that I saw was from Briefing.com. Anyone putting faith in that # was bound to be disappointed. Concensus (and actual, as it turn out) was ~+4.

If that's true and the pros sold the number immediately, what does that say about the nature of this dip buy? Did the pros reverse themselves or is this buying 'amateur hour'?
