i gather "whisper number" was expected to be in plus 11 range, that's the only reason i can think what caused the quick dump at the release of +4.0.
Which also tells us most those folks sitting on trigger at scheduled time news moments are "the pros"(the realm of "whisper numbers" big in their world) gd
