Fair enough, I see it could be possible for the judge to take into consideration what happened with SPA, and allow it to influence his ruling on the NCE. I thought you and others meant he would include some kind of SPA relief in the NCE ruling.

Let's just hope he sees it our way and we get something positive out of the suit.
