I know you didn't - but I think the hope of many who monitor this chatroom think he may be able to do something about it or can further explore. He has to word very carefully so as not be overturned. He must tread lightly when considering other issues which may be deemed prejudicial if he is not provided all sides of the story.

Court officials do not "investigate" or "discover" anything except prior case law - it's up to the plaintiff/defendant lawyers to do that stuff and present it in court as evidence - and only evidence presented in court can by used by the judge to issue his decision. Lots of folks confused about what a judge can and cannot do here.
