what was their explanation for previous failed grow plan
did people dump due to disappointment or loss of trust

INCC DD research continues-to-remind-investors-that-INCC-failed-on-its Gro Pro promises in 2014….failed to get a State license for Prosperous Valley in Salida

and as of today…..no Huerfano license application has been presented to the county, as per the Huerfano County website >>> land use applications

so what proof does INCC have that they are starting ANY business?????

My concerns evolve around a State license and water rights. Then things take off I believe.
