Crossrip, you ask a good question regarding the attemp for INCC to start a grow operation. My understanding is that the original license application in Chaffee County was for medical. Changing state regulation restricting the availability of medical while at the same time expanding the demand for recreation MJ necessitated a request to amend the original license request. At the same time the county issued a moratorium on license approval. This delay caused many to lose confidence.
I live in Colorado and have followed multiple counties starting then changing their approval process and their local regulations. At the same time they continue to adapt to changing state requirements as well. All is understandable in such a new industry.
Instead of giving up or waiting for approval INCC moved on to Huerfano County with a much larger potential with up to 200 acres to develop. Our continued DD of verified action will convince both new and old investors that the future Is very promising. I will continue to watch closely and will pick up additional shares at these very cheap prices.
