Caring at this time about COGS is calling for big disappointment. They launched beginning of year multi millions dollars ad campaign. What do you expect? I expect increase in loss while working to increase their market share. Unless you believe in miracles, you should not expect COGS to go down. Instead I would blame the management team for worrying about profitability @ this stage. More and more Market shares is what I want them to focus on right now. every thing else will follow later. It will be painful in the short term because dilution will be needed to get money. But from my perspective, so be it. Dilution to me is buying opportunity, loading opportunity, accumulation opportunity. Do you really think if they were making money or if the financials were improving so dramatically, they would have this hard time getting better financing terms? Think about it with some rational, not emotion.
