Will be at least 10 billion shares by the end of 2015. He will not make much on these pics and any money will be put back into projects not a large amount of share buybacks. Why will he use shares? Because he can! LOL Has lost over 99% of shareholder value in two years. From .01+ to no bid. Issued 5 billion shares in the last year alone. LOL

The main question is what is the float. I know some very large holders of this stock that will not be selling any time soon..

2 weeks ago we had 400 million shares on the bid that got whacked out. The ask size at 2 did not change which shows me of those 400 million shares not one was being flipped. Everything is just getting acumulated right now for a huge move that is about to come..

I'm willing to bet the float is between one and two billion. Closer to 1 I'm thinking
