donk, thanks for the compilation of questions. While it might seem like a good idea, come on, Sphere's not going to answer the questions you listed.

For example -

1) How do we get paid by a server providers such as DELL who incorporates GW? Recurring revenue or a one-time fee?
2) How do we get paid by a solution providers such as Novarad or Pearson that applies Glassware for its customers in its solutions? Recurring revenue or a one-time fee?
3) Regarding MSFT, how do we get paid for use of GW in Azure? Initial fee, by user, or a combination? Who is selling GW to Azure users, ANY or MSFT? What will drive revenues from GW use on Azure?
4) The goal of Sphere 3D as we understand is an annual run rate of $160M by year end. What part of this increased revenue is expected to be attributable to GW? Roughly speaking, what are your GW related sales goals in terms of percentage of total revenue in Q4?
5) How would you see the relative importance of the diverse revenue stream (Overland, GW, V3) develop over time? Which aspect of the business do you foresee to become the most important one for Sphere 3D in the future?

I'll stop with 1-5, enough already! There is zero chance these questions get answered.

My alternative view. fwiw -

Requesting an update on Glassware on a chip is a reasonable question because ANY PR'd that it was in progress.

Asking for an update on the V3 and Glassware sales training for OVRL's resellers and newly acquired partners would be a question that may get a response.

Asking for an update on the education vertical will give the Company a chance to divulge what they feel comfortable with.

A question asking for an update on Dell Drive and Erickson may lead to a response.

What's happening within the Company to drive Sphere's management to target a very bullish minimum of a $160mm run rate at the end of 2015 would be a general question worthy of a response, IMO.

I'm not criticizing, I'm just offering an alternative.

The specific questions that I've seen listed today, if asked during the CC, would blow the CC up. Sphere won't answer these questions. Nothing worse than a CC where management has to repeatedly say we can't comment on that. I've listened to CCs that have imploded.

THANX a lot for the time and effort Donkschmonk, as well as to everybody who contributed with questions. Hope mgmt will take time to give us some brief updates and guidance, but maybe it won't be a specific answer to every single question.

Donk,
Excellent job. I highly recommend we order these in order of importance so that the most critical/important ones are at the top. I think we would all hope they don't cherry pick the easy q's but if given in some order of how we'd like to hear from then then maybe they can get to the most important. I fear they will not be able to answer all questions.

Thanks for a terrific recap of questions for CC. This a very long list and pretty cumbersome to think about handling in a day long seminar much less a CC.

Is there also a possibility of gleaning these down to a few key questions (10 to 12) that management will answer in the time allotted?
