I agree with your analysis. Use questions that they will want to answer.

Your list was very good.

My alternative view. fwiw -

Requesting an update on Glassware on a chip is a reasonable question because ANY PR'd that it was in progress.

Asking for an update on the V3 and Glassware sales training for OVRL's resellers and newly acquired partners would be a question that may get a response.

Asking for an update on the education vertical will give the Company a chance to divulge what they feel comfortable with.

A question asking for an update on Dell Drive and Erickson may lead to a response.

What's happening within the Company to drive Sphere's management to target a very bullish minimum of a $160mm run rate at the end of 2015 would be a general question worthy of a response, IMO.

JMHI, I personally see no issue with management clarifying a minor point in 3) and 4) from PRs released recently.

For 3), It appears shareholders cannot identify how the Azure relationship is structured. The Azure PR can be argued multiple ways.

As for 4), I see no issue clarifying the run rates separated from Overland. Most of us are here for Glassware.

3) Who is selling GW to Azure users, ANY or MSFT?
4) The goal of Sphere 3D as we understand is an annual run rate of $160M by year end. What part of this increased revenue is expected to be attributable to GW?
