A company that cannot post audited financials, should not be allowed to be a publicly traded company.

They are free to solicit private investors. Those investors should require audited annual finacials anyways.

With a company does not post periodic financial results at all, or that posts only unaudited annual results, the CEO can rob you blind and you would have no clue.
