How big is the convertible note going to be for the $2 million loan they haven't even "finalised" yet?

I'm thinking 2 trillion shares at .000001 for $2 million cash

TCEL can't even find financiers that are willing to pay more than .000077/0001 for $500-1000 worth of shares today. How the hell are they going to muster up $2 MILLION using convertible notes!??!?
