I haven't listened to the conference yet. Maybe I'll see what you see when I do. I optimistic on Directs potential. It may have disadvantage at dealing with tumor size, but it has in theory a clear advantage over dealing with the tumor as it potentially mutates and escapes. If either of the two were to see immune memory, my bet would be on Direct.
