Actually he can't run any material, legally, as he has no permits. But you're right, it is a pathetically little pilot plant, and not one suited for processing gold ore. I wonder if he realizes that if he doesn't bolt that equipment down to something, the equipment will shake itself apart? Did that occur to him? Probably not, since he knows nothing about mining or mineral processing.

And what are the costs to truck the ore to the equipment stored at the old dairy? It is many miles away from the Keystone Mine. It is a little closer to the Congress Mine, but ADEQ will be watching any attempts to process Congress tailings. Joel identified himself to them through the filing of the Determination Form and he is now on their radar.

He can run 5 to 10 tons of material an hour through that plant . That will be turned into a half ounce to one ounce an hour and it will run 16 hours a day 6 days a week.That would be 50 to 100 ounces of gold a week .
