Agreed. Everybody who has shares and is in for a long time should vote in favour for the authoriseded capital increase.

I am going to ask my many Belgian shareholders to vote. This is not an easy task as the shares are kept by various brokers who have to vote in their name , and some brokers do not offer that service , but I am going to put my shoulders under it.
