You are confused Crusen. Newco is collateral and will be released once full loan is paid. Fair value right now is 5-6$ IMO considering the risk of co not paying full loan by the end of the agreement and forced sell by LUC under the agreement terms. This scenario is unlikely and the full loan is expected the be paid this year. As the payments are made the confidence will increase and once is complete it will go back to previous levels 14-17$. MARK IT. Watch out for April 15 NEWS!!! Cachin$$$$
