Do you think that he would ever accept those truths ?
It's my experience that fellows holding authority (of most any kind) believe that their decisions are made in the fairest way possible. I've actually seen a couple of them delude themselves to the extent that I almost laughed in their faces.
I'd like to think Steipp et. al. would look this elephant in the face and understand the need to change but I'm in the "no way" camp. It's my guess that if he can't get his way in the current environment he'll start to look for other avenues to satisfy his desires.
