Not quite.... as most of the notes convert at 48% of the lowest price for the last 10 trading sessions, so the share count will rise more than that.

As well, since they do not have funding for production or marketing, there will continue to be new toxic deals inked.

It's clearly, as I've predicted, going to be many months until they bring the device to market....as the latest news implies.

With the growing number of loyal supporters, maybe the stock can still do well, through the waiting period.
